“They say, you should always leave a place better than you found it. I don’t know if we can say that I did that for the storks organization but I do know that I am better because of my time here in Nishinomiya. This departure is bittersweet because Nishinomiya has become a home away from home for me. My teammates have become my second family and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to play with these last 3 seasons. I will never give up on them and I will never stop rooting for the Nishinomiya Storks, no matter what color jersey I wear. I want to thank the boosters and fans for welcoming me and my family with such open arms. Playing in front of you each home game was a true honor. I am excited to see what’s in store for me as I transition to B1 and join the Shiga Lakestars organization. I hope that you will continue to follow my journey just as I will always hold a special place in my heart for all of you.”
「去るときは、出会った時よりもいい場所に」という言葉があるのですが、私がストークスに対してそれができたかはわかりません。ただわかっていることは、西宮で過ごしたことで、私自身が人としてより”良く”なれたことは確かです。私にとって西宮は第二の故郷になったので、この旅立ちは少しほろ苦いです。チームメイトは私にとって 2 番目の家族であり、この 3 シーズンで一緒にプレーするのにこれ以上の仲間はいませんでした。
どんな色のユニフォームを着ようとも、みんなの事を見捨てることは絶対ないですし、西宮ストークスをずっと応援し続けます。
ブースターのみなさんへも、私たち家族を暖かく迎えてくれて本当にありがとうございました。ホームコートでみなさんの前でプレーできたことは本当に誇りに思います。
これから舞台をB1へ移し、滋賀レイクスに移籍して何が待ち受けているかワクワクしています。
これからもずっと、みなさんが私の心の大切な場所に居続けるように、私の旅路も引き続き共にしてもらえる事を願います。

I am really looking forward to such a great opportunity, with such an incredible organization!
I have been following B2 for the past 2 years now, and it’s an honor to put on the team’s uniform and fight for the rest of the season.
I have a lot of respect for the players and coaching staff, and I think this would be an amazing experience for us all to have fun and make a huge impact on the rest of the season and playoffs.

私は過去2年間B2でプレーしてきましたが、ストークスのユニフォームを着て残りのシーズンを戦うことができ本当に光栄です.
